DISCLOSURE REGARDING DISPOSAL OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES
In accordance with section 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and
Section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act 2008, shareholders are advised of the
following:
Investec Asset Management Holdings (Pty) Limited has notified the Company that
its interest in Oceana has decreased from 14.37% to 7.24%.
Accordingly, the holdings of Investec Asset Management Holdings (Pty) Limited
represent 7.24% of the voting rights in Oceana.
