Fountainhead unitholders ("Unitholders") are advised that Fountainhead has
posted its Integrated Report containing its audited annual financial statements
for the financial year ended 30 September 2011 to Unitholders on Wednesday, 4
January 2012.
The Integrated Report will also be available on Fountainhead`s website from
Monday, 9 January 2012 at www.fountainheadproperty.co.za.
Unitholders are referred to the Audited Final Results announcement for the year
ended 30 September 2011 as published on Thursday, 3 November 2011. There were
no changes to the results published in that announcement and those contained in
the Integrated Report.
