DIRECTORS` DEALINGS
Lonrho is pleased to announce that, following the Firm Placing and Placing
and Open Offer announced on 13 December 2011, the directors have taken up in
full their basic entitlements to subscribe for new ordinary shares at 10
pence per share under the Open Offer.
In addition, David Lenigas, who agreed to subscribe for 10,000,000 new
ordinary shares to be allocated subject to clawback to satisfy valid
applications under the Open Offer, has now been allocated an additional
7,869,487 new ordinary shares at 10 pence per share.
The table below shows the number of new ordinary shares subscribed by each
director together with their resultant shareholding in the Company.
