CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited,
the board of directors of SecureData ("the Board") hereby notifies its
shareholders that Messrs Tsediso Gcabashe and Vaughan James ("Jake") Archer have
been appointed as independent non-executive directors and members of the Audit
Committee with effect from 9 January 2012.
Tsediso is a chartered accountant and has extensive experience in auditing,
forensic accounting and financial management.
Jake is an admitted attorney of the High Court and has vast commercial
experience in corporate finance and private equity.
Following the above appointments, the Audit Committee membership will comprise
of:
- Peter Sneddon (chairman and independent-non executive director);
- Tsediso Gcabashe (member and independent non-executive director); and
- Jake Archer (member and independent non-executive director).
The Board welcomes Tsediso and Jake and looks forward to their contribution to
the Group.
