SHAREHOLDER UPDATE ON BUSINESS RESCUE APPLICATION
Shareholders are referred to the announcement dated 13 November 2011 as well as
the Abridged Reviewed Provisional Consolidated Annual Financial Results for the
year ended 31 August 2011, announced on 30 November 2011, and are advised that
the Business Rescue application is expected to be heard on 14 February 2012. It
is to be noted, however, that documentation from intervening applicants for the
application remains outstanding.
Shareholders will be updated on the outcome thereof.
