DISTRIBUTION FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT - QUARTER ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2011
The manager and trustees of the Satrix Collective Investment Scheme (being
Satrix Managers (Pty) Limited and ABSA Bank Limited, respectively) have
resolved to make a distribution to holders of Satrix Swix Top 40 securities
recorded in the register in respect of the quarter ended 31 December 2011.
This distribution will:
Be an amount of 3.19 cents (R0.0319) per Satrix Swix Top 40 security;
Be constituted entirely by:
- 3.12 cents in respect of dividends; and
- 0.03 cents in respect of interest;
- 0.04 cents in respect of scrip lending income;
Be made to all holders of Satrix Swix Top 40 securities recorded in the
register on Friday, 30 December 2011; and
Be effected on 17 January 2012.
