CHANGE TO THE BOARD
Shareholders are advised that Peter Baird, who recently accepted a full time
appointment with a leading international bank has, due to an increasing workload
and a potential conflict of business interests, decided to step down as Chairman
of the Board of Consolidated Infrastructure and has resigned from the Board of
Consolidated Infrastructure with immediate effect from 10 January 2012.
The Board extends their gratitude to Peter for the guidance and leadership he
has provided.
The Board will commence a search for a new independent Chairman with the
necessary experience in the Power and Electrical Sectors and pending the
permanent appointment of a new Chairman, Frank Boner, an independent non-
executive director of the Board, will fulfil the role of acting Chairman.
