RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR OF LISTED COMPANY
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, shareholders` attention is drawn to the fact that Mr Sean John Chisholm
has resigned, with effect from 29 February 2012, as Group Financial Director of
Santova Limited, Financial Director of its subsidiaries Impson Logistics (Pty)
Ltd; Santova Logistics South Africa (Pty) Ltd; Santova Financial Services (Pty)
Ltd; Santova Administration Services (Pty) Ltd; and Santova Logistics B.V.
(Netherlands), and as a member of the Risk Management Committee, IT Risk
Management Committee, and Health and Safety Committee. Mr Chisholm leaves to
pursue further business interests.
The Board wishes to thank Mr Chisholm most sincerely for his contribution to the
Company and its subsidiaries, locally and internationally, and wishes him well
in the future.
