CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 (b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
DigiCore hereby advises that Mr. Francois Schindehutte ("Francois") has resigned
as Group financial director of DigiCore with effect from Friday, 10 February
2012, to pursue his own interests.
The board wishes to thank Francois for his valued contribution of the last
number of years.
The Company is actively engaged in identifying and appointing a new financial
director and shareholders will be advised as soon as such an appointment has
been made.
