to the STX40 share instalment

DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE STX40 SHARE
INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the distribution amount payable for SATRIX 40 and
that as a result of the distribution declaration relating to SATRIX 40
(STX40) the Trustees of the STX40 Share Instalment have declared an amount
of 11.52 cents per STXNIH share instalment that is payable on Thursday, 17
January 2012.
The distribution amount is constituted by:
* 11.14 cents in respect of dividends;
* 0.06 cents in respect of interest; and
* 0.32 cents in respect of scrip lending income.
The last day to trade cum-distribution was Wednesday, 21 December 2011. The
share instalment commenced trading ex-distribution Thursday, 22 December
2011 and the record date was Friday, 30 December 2011.
