Shareholders are referred to the announcement dated 14 October 2011, in terms of
which the results and details of the written round robin resolutions were
announced.
Further to the aforementioned announcement, shareholders are hereby informed
that the two special resolutions dealing with the conversion of the Company`s
share capital to shares of no par value and the subsequent increase thereof were
duly lodged and registered with CIPC.
