CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited,
the board of directors of TCS ("the Board") hereby notifies its shareholders
that Mr Nkosinathi Chonco ("Nathi") has been appointed as an independent non-
executive director with effect from 10 January 2012.
Nathi is currently a director of Vunani Group and was previously the group
executive responsible for empowerment and corporate affairs at Metropolitan
Holdings Limited.
The Board wishes Nathi well in his new role.
