DISTRIBUTION FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT
Holders of PropTrax TEN securities are advised that a distribution will be
made to holders of PropTrax TEN securities in respect of the quarter ended
31 December 2011.
This distribution will:
- be in an amount of 17.62 cents per PropTrax TEN security,
constituted as follows:
- 17.54 cents in respect of dividends;
- 0.08 cents in respect of interest; and
- 0.00 cents in respect of other income, including manufactured
dividends;
- be made to all holders of PropTrax TEN securities who were
recorded in the register on Friday, 30 December 2011; and
- be effected on Monday, 16 January 2012.
