DISTRIBUTION FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT
Holders of PropTrax SAPY securities are advised that a distribution will be
made to holders of PropTrax SAPY securities in respect of the quarter ended
31 December 2011.
This distribution will:
- be in an amount of 54.35 cents per PropTrax SAPY security,
constituted as follows:
- 50.43 cents in respect of dividends;
- 0.21 cents in respect of interest; and
- 3.71 cents in respect of other income, including manufactured
dividends;
- be made to all holders of PropTrax SAPY securities who were
recorded in the register on Friday, 30 December 2011; and
- be effected on Monday, 16 January 2012.
