RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING
Sanyati shareholders ("Shareholders") are referred to the announcement that
was published on SENS on 12 December 2011 advising them that a circular had
been posted setting out the relevant information relating to approval of
financial assistance to be provided by the Company in terms of Sections 44
and 45 of the Companies Act, 2008 (Act 71 of 2008), as amended ("the
Circular").
Further to this announcement, Shareholders are advised that at the general
meeting of Shareholders held on Monday, 16 January 2012, the requisite
majority of Shareholders passed all of the resolutions as set out in the
notice included in the Circular.
