Linked unitholders are advised that the company`s annual report,
incorporating the audited results for the year ended 31 August 2011 was
dispatched today and contains no material changes to the information
contained in the reviewed results which were announced on SENS on 3 November
2011. The company`s annual report is also available on the company`s website
at www.redefine.co.za.
The annual report contains a notice of Annual General Meeting for Redefine
linked unitholders, which will be held at Redefine Place, 2 Arnold Road,
Rosebank, Gauteng at 10:00 am on Wednesday, 22 February 2012.
