RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR AND ADJOURNMENT OF GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that at today`s general meeting at the Company`s
registered office, and in light of the cautionary announcement released this
morning, shareholders agreed to adjourn the meeting to a later date, at which
the remainder of the resolutions will be tabled.
In addition, in light of certain recent developments which no longer require
that he remain on the board as a non-executive director, Mr Ron Nel has tendered
his resignation with immediate effect. Accordingly, ordinary resolution number
2, which was contained in the notice of the general meeting held today would no
longer be presented at the next meeting.
Shareholders will be notified of new dates for the general meeting in due
course.
