RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that, at the general meeting of shareholders held at
the registered offices of the Company today, the special resolution regarding
financial assistance in terms of Section 45 of the Companies Act, No 71 of 2008,
as amended ("the Resolution") as set out in the notice of general meeting and
tabled for voting, was passed by the requisite majority of shareholders present
or represented by proxy, without modification.
