RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, shareholders are advised of the resignation of Mr Alan Knott-Craig
as non-executive director from the Board of Directors ("Board") of Murray &
Roberts with immediate effect. Mr Knott-Craig has resigned due to other
business commitments.
Mr Knott-Craig has also resigned as a member of the Audit & Sustainability
Committee and had previously resigned from the Health, Safety & Environment
Committee.
The Board wishes Mr Knott-Craig well in his future endeavours and thanks
him for his contribution over the past three years.
