RESULTS OF INITIAL OFFER FOR NEWFUNDS SWIX 40 ETF PARTICIPATORY INTERESTS
("NEWFUNDS SECURITIES")
Further to the announcement published on SENS on 12 January 2012, in specie
subscriptions were received in respect of 1 000 000 NewFunds securities, which
will, subject to JSE approval, be listed on the JSE from commencement of trading
on Thursday, 26 January 2012. No cash subscriptions were received. The initial
offer price per NewFunds security, calculated using the closing index level on
13 January 2012, has been determined as R8.41376.
