of being entitled to attend and vote at the Annual General Meeting to be

Accordingly, the last date to trade in order to be recorded on the register
by 28 February 2012 was incorrectly detailed as Monday, 27 February 2012.
This last date to trade should read as Tuesday, 21 February 2012.
Shareholders are advised to please ensure that should they wish to attend
and vote at the Annual General Meeting on 2 March 2012, that they purchase
the Company`s share(s) by no later than Tuesday, 21 February 2012.
