CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF EXXARO RESOURCES LIMITED
In compliance with Section 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
shareholders of diversified resources group Exxaro are advised that Ms
Noluthando Langeni, non-executive director of Exxaro, has resigned with
effect from 18 January 2012. An announcement regarding her replacement will
be made in due course.
The board of directors of Exxaro wishes to thank Ms Noluthando Langeni for
her contribution to the company during her term of office.
