CLARIFICATION REGARDING EXPLANATORY NOTES TO NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL
MEETING (AGM)
Further to the postage of the Notice of AGM on 28 December 2011,
shareholders were advised that the maximum number of shares to be allocated
to Participants in terms of the proposed Forfeiture Share Plan, as contained
in the explanatory notes to the Notice of AGM, was cited as 180 811 216
shares and to any one individual as 14 464 897 shares.
The correct number of shares that should have been cited is 222 811 277
shares to Participants and 17 824 902 shares to any one individual.
This is consistent with the terms and conditions of the current and approved
Netcare Share Incentive Plan, the proposed Forfeiture Share Plan and current
shareholder approvals in place.
