CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF MVELA GROUP
Following the announcement made yesterday by the company on the JSE Limited`s
Securities Exchange News Service ("SENS"), informing shareholders of the
acquisition by Blackstar Group SE of 28% of Mvela Group`s issued ordinary share
capital and changes made to the Board of Directors, shareholders are further
advised in accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the
JSE Limited, that Mr Zwelithini Patrick Ntshalintshali has been appointed to the
board of directors of Mvela Group as a non-executive director with effect from
Thursday, 19 January 2012.
