RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
At the eighth annual general meeting of the shareholders of the company (the
"AGM") held today, all the ordinary and special resolutions proposed at the AGM,
with the exception of ordinary resolution number 7 which was withdrawn, were
approved by the requisite majority of votes.
The resolution for the re-election of non-executive director, Ms FL Sekha, who
retires in accordance with the company`s Memorandum of Incorporation was also
withdrawn as she has decided not to avail herself for re-election as was
previously communicated on SENS on 20 December 2011. Ms Sekha therefore retired
from the Board at the meeting.
The Chairman thanked her for her valuable contribution over the past 4 years.
