TRADING STATEMENT
In terms of paragraph 3.4 (b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, the Board of Insimbi hereby announces that the Group`s results for
the 12 month period ending February 2012, being earnings and headline
earnings per share, are expected to be at least 20% higher in comparison to
the prior comparative period. This improvement can be attributed to the
improved local and regional economy and an increased demand for the
company`s products.
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not
been reviewed or reported on by the Group`s auditors.
