RESULTS OF SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING
Trustco shareholders are advised that all three resolutions tabled at the
Special General Meeting of Thursday, 19 January 2012, as set forth in the
Trustco circular to shareholders dated 15 December 2011 were passed by the
requisite majority of shareholders. The special resolution will be
registered with the Registrar of Companies in accordance with the
provisions of the Companies Act, 28 of 2004.
