FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT RELATING TO A PROPOSED BROAD-BASED BLACK
ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT TRANSACTION ("PROPOSED B-BBEE TRANSACTION")
Shareholders of Sentula ("Shareholders") are referred to the cautionary
announcements dated Friday, 28 October 2011 and Friday, 9 December 2011 and are
advised that the Company remains in discussions regarding a Proposed B-BBEE
Transaction which will involve Sentula employees, a community trust and a
strategic B-BBEE partner.
Accordingly, Shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when
dealing in their Sentula shares until a further announcement is made.
