DISTRIBUTION FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT - PERIOD ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2011          
Further to the announcement released on SENS on 15 December 2011, holders of    
ETF securities are advised that there will be a distribution of 2 cents         
payable per security for the period ended 31 December 2011. The distribution    
is comprised entirely of local dividends.                                       
The distribution will be paid on Thursday, 26 January 2012 to all securities    
holders recorded on the register on Friday, 30 December 2011.                   
Holders of Shariah ETF securities ("investors") are advised that the            
appropriate purification of dividends, through the donation of 5% of the        
dividends to charity, needs to be effected by each investor.  Absa Islamic      
Banking`s Shari`ah Supervisory Board (SSB) has provided the following list      
of approved charitable institutions. The list is not exhaustive and it is       
therefore not obligatory to use one of the specified charities:
