RESULTS OF MEETING OF NOTEHOLDERS CONVENED TO APPROVE THE AMENDMENT OF
GROWTHPOINT`S ZAR5 BILLION DOMESTIC MEDIUM TERM NOTE PROGRAMME, DATED 3
NOVEMBER 2009 ("DMTN Programme")
A meeting of noteholders of Growthpoint was held today, for the purpose of
approving proposed amendments to the terms and conditions of the DMTN
Programme so as to adopt the recently published Debt Listings Requirements
of the JSE and effect certain other amendments beneficial to noteholders.
All of the proposed resolutions were unanimously approved by noteholders
present or represented at the meeting.
Subject to receipt of formal approval from the JSE, the amended Programme
Memorandum will be available on both the JSE website (www.jse.co.za) and
the Growthpoint website (www.growthpoint.co.za) on or before Wednesday, 25
January 2012.
