RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Linked unitholders of Vividend are hereby advised that, with the exception of
the resolutions set out below which were withdrawn, all of the remaining
ordinary and special resolutions were passed by the requisite majority of
linked unitholders at the annual general meeting of the Company held today,
20 January 2012.
Resolutions withdrawn:
- Ordinary resolution number 5 - Placing of unissued linked units under
the control of the directors;
- Ordinary Resolution number 6 - General authority to issue linked units
for cash; and
- Special resolution number 1 - General authority to repurchase linked
units.
