ADJOURNMENT OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING ("AGM")
Shareholders are advised that at the Annual General Meeting held at 10h00 today,
it was brought to the chairman`s attention that, in terms of the Notice of AGM,
a number of shareholders did not provide the supporting board or trustees`
resolution in support of their letters of representation.
Accordingly, it was decided that in terms of Sections 64 (10) and (11) of the
Companies Act, 2008 (71 of 2008) that the AGM be adjourned affording
shareholders an opportunity to ensure proper documentation be provided in order
to exercise voting rights.
The re-convened Annual General Meeting will take place at Arcay House II, Number
3 Anerley Road, Parktown, Johannesburg at 10h00 on 27 January 2012.
Shareholders are requested to provide the Company`s transfer secretaries,
Computershare Investor Services (Pty) Ltd with documentation required for the
AGM by latest 10h00 on Wednesday, 25 January 2012.
