CHANGE TO THE EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT OF THE GROUP
In compliance with the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited the
following information is provided:
Imperial wishes to announce that Mr DD Gnodde, the CEO of the Regent group, will
step down as CEO of the Regent group and from the Executive Committee of
Imperial Holdings Limited with immediate effect. He will however remain
available to the group until the 30th of April 2012.
A successor for the position as CEO of the Regent group will be identified in
due course.
