CHANGES TO THE BOARD: NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59(a) and 3.59(b) of the Listings Requirements of
the JSE Limited, the shareholders are hereby informed of the resignation of Mr.
Peter Hector Lawson as Non-Executive Director with effect from 23 January 2012.
The Board would like to thank Peter for his contribution to the company and wish
him well in his future ventures.
Mrs Jennifer Ann Etchells will be replacing Peter as Non-Executive Director with
effect from 23 January 2012. Mrs Jenny Etchells is currently the Financial
Director of Nutritional Holdings Limited, a JSE Alt-X company. She is a
Chartered Accountant with a Higher Diploma in Advanced Taxation and an
accomplished businesswoman with a wealth of audit experience. Jenny also held
the position of Financial Director at Argent from 1 April 2009 to 31 January
2011.
The Board wishes to welcome Jenny and looks forward to her contributions to the
company.
