NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the annual report for the year ended 31 July 2011
was dispatched to shareholders on 23 January 2012 and contains no modifications
to the reviewed provisional results published on SENS on 12 October 2011.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of shareholders of
SecureData will be held at 12:00, in the boardroom of SecureData, Nicol Main
Office Park, 4 Bruton Road, Bryanston on Tuesday, 20 March 2012 to transact the
business stated in the notice of the annual general meeting, which is contained
in the annual report.
The board of directors of the Company determined that, in terms of section
62(3)(a), as read with section 59 of the Companies Act, 2008 (Act 71 of 2008),
the record date for the purposes of determining which shareholders of the
Company are entitled to participate in and vote at the annual general meeting is
Friday, 9 March 2012. Accordingly, the last day to trade SecureData shares in
order to be recorded in the Register to be entitled to vote will be Friday, 2
March 2012.
