In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited,
shareholders are hereby notified that Mr Johan Breedt, an executive director,
has resigned from the board of directors of B&W ("the board") with effect from
20 January 2012 in order to pursue personal interests.
The board wishes to thank Johan for his steadfast and longstanding contribution,
especially during the difficult economic and trading conditions of the past
financial year. The board wishes Johan well in his future endeavours.
