Further to its announcement released earlier today, Capital Shopping Centres
Group PLC ("CSC") now confirms that the circular to shareholders including
notice of general meeting (the "Circular") relating to CSC`s proposed
transactions with the Peel Group has been published.
The Circular will be posted to shareholders today, and is available immediately
for download on CSC`s website http://www.capital-shopping-
centres.co.uk/investors/shareholder_info.
A copy of the Circular has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and
