CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the following
information is disclosed:
Ferdie Pieterse will move from his current position as Group Financial
Director to that of Chief Operating Officer with effect from 13 February 2012.
Pieterse`s directorship in the company will remain unchanged.
Lionel Wilson will be appointed to the Board as the Group Financial Director
with effect from 13 February 2012, being the date he joins Kelly Group.
Wilson, a CA(SA), has 16 years of commercial experience with the past 14 years
having been spent with Barnard Jacobs Mellet Holdings Limited. At Barnard
Jacobs Mellet he held various senior executive roles, including that of
Executive Director for Finances and Chief Operating Officer.
