CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited,
the board of directors of Sentula ("the Board") hereby notifies its shareholders
that Mr Ralph Patmore has been appointed as an independent non-executive
director with effect from 25 January 2012.
Ralph, who obtained his BCom and MBL from the University of the Witwatersrand
and Unisa Graduate School of Business Leadership respectively, was the co-
founder of Iliad Africa Limited, a listed company focused on building materials,
where he served as Chief Executive Officer for 10 years. He has also served as
managing director to various companies and held the position of director on the
board of Group Five Limited, a listed company operating in the integrated
construction services and materials sector.
As non-executive director to a number of listed companies, the Board believes
that Ralph will bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the Board.
The Board welcomes Ralph and looks forward to his contribution to the Company.
