RESIGNATION OF FINANCIAL DIRECTOR
In compliance with section 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, the Board of
Directors hereby announces the resignation of Mr BD Bhikha as Financial Director
of the Company with effect from 29 February 2012.
The Board would like to thank Mr Bhikha for his valued contributions as
Financial Director to Dorbyl. Mr Bhikha will continue with his duties as Company
Secretary.
The Company has commenced the recruitment process for a suitable replacement of
the Financial Director position, and will advise shareholders once a new
appointment has been made.
