TERMINATION OF LISTING ON THE JOHANNESBURG STOCK EXCHANGE ("the JSE")
The JSE wishes to advise that the listing of the above-mentioned company
will be terminated with effect from the commencement of business on
Monday, 13 February 2012 at the company`s request due to its major
subsidiary being placed in final liquidation. The record date to
determine the shareholders` register will be 10 February 2012.
