MIRANDA - LIFTING OF THE SUSPENSION OF ITS SECURITIES
Further to the announcement dated 12 January 2012, wherein Miranda requested the
suspension of its securities whilst the board considered the Company`s available
options. The board hereby reports as follows:
In light of the events mentioned in the SENS announcement of 20 January 2012,
regarding the introduction of Incubex as a shareholder and the successful
withdrawal of the business rescue application and Court Order, the Board is
satisfied that the Group is now able to operate in the ordinary course of
business.
The directors are of the opinion that, the working capital available to the
Company and its subsidiaries is sufficient for the group`s present requirements,
that is, for at least the next 12 months from the date of this announcement. In
this regard the board confirms that:
* The Company and the group will be able in the ordinary course of
business to pay their debts for a period of 12 months after the date
of this announcement; and
* The assets of the Company and the group will be in excess of the
liabilities of the Company and the group for a period of 12 months
after the date of this announcement; and
* The Share capital and reserves of the company and the group will be
adequate for ordinary business purposes for a period of 12 months
after the date of this announcement; and
* The working capital of the Company and the group will be adequate for
ordinary business purposes for a period of 12 months after the date of
this announcement.
Accordingly, the Board has requested, and the JSE has agreed, to lift the
suspension of the Company`s securities with immediate effect.
