Further to the cautionary announcement dated Wednesday, 2 November 2011 and
renewed Wednesday, 14 December 2011 where shareholders were advised that the
Company has entered into negotiations which, if successfully concluded, may
have a material effect on the price of the Company`s securities. Shareholders
are advised that negotiations are still in progress and to continue exercising
caution when dealing in the Company`s securities until a further announcement
is made.
