Limited, the board of directors of B&W ("the board") hereby notifies its
shareholders that Mr George Robertson has been appointed as an independent
non executive director and a member of the audit committee with effect from
27 January 2012.
George was brought up and educated in Zimbabwe where he qualified as a CA
(Z). Subsequently he has held various positions in South Africa, including
29 years at Aveng Grinaker-LTA in the Mechanical & Electrical Business Unit
where he held the position of business unit finance director.
