JOINT BRIEFING PRESENTATION BY PAN AFRICAN AND WITS GOLD
Pan African and Wits Gold hosted a joint briefing on Monday, 30 January 2012
at the Auditorium, Eversheds, 22 Fredman Drive Sandton at 16h05 Central
African Time ("CAT")/ 14h05 Greenwich Mean Time ("GMT")/ 09h05 Eastern
Standard Time ("EST"). At the briefing a presentation was delivered to
analysts, fund managers, members of the press and investors.
The presentation dealt with the joint acquisition by Pan African and Wits
Gold of 100% of Evander Gold Mines Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of
Harmony Gold Mining Company Limited, as announced to shareholders on the same
day.
