The directors of AFGRI Limited are pleased to advise that Ms Marion Shikwinya
has been appointed as AFGRI`s company secretary with effect from 1 February
2012 replacing Ms Niki van Wyk. The Board would like to thank Ms van Wyk for
her commitment to AFGRI over the past three years.
