CHANGE IN COMPANY SECRETARY
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, shareholders of the Company are hereby advised that Mrs. Diane
Godfrey ("Diane"), has resigned as the company secretary to Erbacon with
effect from Tuesday, 31 January 2012.
The board wishes to thank Diane for her valued contribution during her
tenure as company secretary and wishes her well with her future endeavours
in Kwazulu-Natal.
Shareholders are further advised that, as an interim measure, Mr. Rob
Braithwaite, the current Group Finance Director, will be appointed as the
acting company secretary until such time as a suitable replacement has been
found.
A further announcement will be made as soon as the Company has secured a
suitable replacement to appoint as company secretary.
