RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, Sanyati shareholders are advised of the resignation of Mr R M
Crowie as non-executive director from the Board of Directors ("Board") of
Sanyati with immediate effect. Mr Crowie has resigned due to other business
commitments.
Mr Crowie has also resigned as a member of the HR and Remuneration Committee
and the Risk Management Committee.
The Board thanks Mr Crowie for his contribution to the Company and wishes
him well in his future endeavours.
