CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited,
the board of directors of Labat hereby notifies its shareholders that Mr Dawood
Asmal has resigned as the financial director with effect from 31 January 2012.
The board of directors acknowledges Mr. Asmal`s valued contribution to the
Company.
Mr David O`Neill assumes the role as financial director with effect from 01
February 2012.
