RESIGNATION OF A DIRECTOR
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited`s Listings Requirements, the board
of IFA wishes to advise that Mr Wessel Witthuhn has stepped down from the IFA
board as executive director with immediate effect due to personal reasons.
The company and the board of IFA wishes to thank Wessel for his valuable
contribution to the Group over the past 6 years.
